Meg RobertsI am a Nutrition & Aging Specialist and a Professional Home Economist. Taking the time to listen and learn about my clients past struggles and present goals is my approach to nutrition counselling. I’m a knowledgeable and compassionate person who is very easy to talk with. My extensive, science-based, education and training have allowed me to gain a complete understanding of the complex role that food plays both in a social context and within the human body from infancy to later life stages.

I am a graduate of the Dietitians of Canada accredited, Bachelor of Applied Science, Nutrition and Food degree program.  My nutrition studies took place at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. I have also earned my Aging and Gerontology Certificate from the Chang School at Ryerson University. My primary goal as a qualified Nutrition & Aging Specialist is to enable my clients to build a healthy relationship with food in order to promote longevity, health, happiness and to prevent disease across the lifespan.
