Therapy Team

Our team of Psychotherapists consists of both Registered Social Workers, and Registered Psychotherapists, each offering their own additional post-graduate training, providing their own unique and expert approach to care. Our diverse team has experience in helping individuals, couples, families, children, and youth, with some therapists having over 20 years experience and others who are new to their field. All psychotherapy appointments are 20%* off during Fall 2020, in light of mental health awareness month.

We’ve seen an increased demand for therapy especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. It affects everyone in one manner or another, either indirectly or directly. It’s normal to experience different emotions in response to added stress. Tensions elevate as we attempt to navigate life’s “new normals”. Our team of Psychotherapists are here to help you overcome your obstacles during this unique time.

Providing Therapy during COVID-19

Under the guidance of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, appointments are provided by a Virtual means during COVID-19, either via Virtual Telehealth and/or by phone . In-person appointments are available on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the individual Therapist.

Let’s get started.

Each Therapist offers a FREE “Meet and Greet” consult and can be booked directly using the online calendar. Have a question email us at therapy@ohanawellnessclinic.com.
