She is excited to broaden her education with more specialized courses. Alannah is passionate about empowering patients with education and providing incredible hands-on therapy. Alexandra graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with valedictorian distinction and seeks to empower with a greater understanding of the body and its complex abilities in healing, well-being, and movement.  Alexandra has also studied with Trimesters: Massage Therapy Education for pregnancy massage.

BIO:  Since a young age, Jen has grown and benefited from her experiences in the field of massage therapy. Initially, Jen had a career in Latin dance which later led to her opening her own Latin dance school, in Regina, Saskatchewan.  Jen often sought relief with therapeutic massage from her own dance-related injuries. This first-hand experience in massage as rehabilitation is what inspired Jen to become a massage therapist. Jen’s treatments are guided by her desire to get you back on the dance floor, in the gym, or whatever it is that inspires you!  Jen has taken numerous post-graduate courses including TMJ Dysfunction, Pelvic Health, Myofascial Release, and  Prenatal Massage with Trimesters: Massage Therap Education.

BIO: Yvonne graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015. Before studying to become a massage therapist she graduated from the George Brown dance program in 2007. She loves working as a massage therapist because it allows her to combine the love of science with the art of health care in a personalized environment. Her focus is pregnancy support as well as myofascial release. Yvonne is also an instructor at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.  Yvonne has taken additional courses in Prenatal Massage with Trimesters: Massage Therapy Education and TMJ Dysfunction.

BIO:  Taka has been practising manual therapy since 2005. His unique style of practice focuses on the myofascial system with an integrated approach to treat the body as a whole. He has taken a number of post-graduate courses including Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, and more. He often sees patients with complex Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) symptoms. His treatments are performed fully clothed without the use of oil. Taka is currently an instructor at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy.

She is committed to working in partnership with her patients to achieve optimal health and well-being. She graduated from the four-year Traditional Chinese Medicine program at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine and is trained to diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions.  She has also studied extensively in Natural Dermatology. Oksana has a keen focus on treating both acute and chronic injuries including back pain, sciatica, and disc herniation. As well as skin conditions, pregnancy complaints, labour prep, and postpartum.
